How to use:
- Apply Top No Wipe to the selected color and then cure for 30 seconds (we recommend rubbing it into a warm top)
- Apply the dust using the applicator from the bottle
- Rub the dust with your finger or a puppet
- Secure the styling with a top coat and cure.
