Standard Delivery:

We are pleased to offer a 48-hour standard delivery service within the Republic of Ireland for all orders placed on StickPerson.info. In most cases, we strive to deliver orders within 24 hours to ensure you receive your products promptly.

International Shipping:

StickPerson.info accepts orders from customers located outside the Republic of Ireland and provides reliable overseas shipping services. Please note that for international orders, additional shipping or postage costs may apply.

Additional Shipping Costs:

In the event of an international order, we will promptly notify you of any additional shipping or postage costs once you have placed the order. You have the choice to proceed with the order and agree to pay the extra costs or cancel the order. To cancel the order, kindly inform us within 7 days of receiving the information about the additional charges. Failure to confirm acceptance of the extra costs within this timeframe will be treated as a cancellation of the order.

Customs Inspection and Duties:

For international shipments, please be aware that customs authorities may inspect the package. Any import duties, taxes, or expenses required to comply with foreign regulatory requirements or laws are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are separate from our product prices, including VAT, and delivery costs. We cannot predict the exact amount of these charges as they are determined by customs. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of International Orders:

Should you wish to cancel an international order due to additional shipping or postage costs, you have 7 days from the date of our notification to inform us of your decision. Non-confirmation within this period will result in the order being considered canceled.

Cancellation of Domestic Orders:

For standard domestic orders within the Republic of Ireland, you have the option to cancel the order before it has been dispatched for delivery. To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

In the event of an order cancellation, we will issue a full refund for the product(s) using the original payment method used for the transaction. The refund will be processed promptly upon confirming the cancellation.

Delivery Details:

The Goods will be delivered to the address you provided during the order process, which may be different from the billing address. While we make every effort to provide estimated delivery dates, they are approximate. If no specific date is specified, we will endeavor to deliver the Goods as soon as reasonably possible, within 30 days of the Confirmation Notice, except in cases of events beyond our control.

Examination of Goods:

You must examine the Goods upon arrival and notify us promptly if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If no one is present at the delivery address during the attempted delivery, we will notify you. Please contact us to arrange for an alternative delivery.

Storage and Additional Charges:

If you arrange to collect the Goods but fail to do so within 14 Business Days of the notification, or we agree to deliver the Goods, but you are unavailable to receive them on the agreed date, we may end the contract and charge you for any extra storage costs incurred.

Christmas Deliveries:

For Christmas deliveries, please check our Website for the last order date. While we strive to dispatch all in-stock Goods within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee delivery by 24 December.
