How to use:
1. Apply Top No Wipe to the selected color and then cure for 30 seconds (we recommend rubbing it into a warm top);
2. Apply the dust using the applicator from the bottle;
3. Rub the powder with your finger or a puppet;
4. Secure the styling with a top coat and cure.
