How to use:

1. Apply Top No Wipe to the selected color and then cure for 30 seconds (we recommend rubbing into a warm top);

2. Apply the dust using the applicator from the bottle;

3. Rub the dust with your finger or a sponge;

4. Secure the styling with a top and cure.
